Blue, in most cases, I would advise someone to start a new case. The Federal Court approves only 3 - 5% of the cases ... and that is pretty low. You have better chances going before an ALJ again. ...

At the Federal Court level, the attorney bills the court. If I had won, I would get 100% of the back pay. This is the only level where the attorney gets paid regardless of the outcome.

He has a very low approval rate and rarely approves anyone. He said I could work any job, even though the vocational expert...
