That's so interesting about your orange juice observations! I always, alway used to treat lows with juice, but I switched more recently to grapes, which I jokingly call "nature's glucose tabs"...

Hello! I'm getting frustrated about my post-dawn sugars. It doesn't seem to be "dawn phenomenon" because all the definitions say your sugar will rise before 8AM for that.
I give myself 10 units...
