I have had cfs/mefor 3 years and tried loads to no avail, unfortunately stress flares the condition up and you end up crashing and it can take weeks to get back to a leve lof the condition that is...

I havebeen diagnosed now for 3 years and had to go part time about 2 years ago. I managed ok until my mum had a stroke amongst other things and i dealt with everything and then crashed, completely!...
