Your back and neck pain sound just like mine was. I have no idea if fibro causes that kind of pain. I have lyme, bartonella and Babesia and my pain that I used to have sounds like what you have.

Sounds like my lyme story...
Had very bad electrical shocks, numbness, tingling, eye issues... Went to dr and he thought I might have a sinus infection because of such bad eye, sinus, head pressure....

I'm sorry you are going thru this. The anxiety I had with it was unbearable. I had never had anxiety until I got sick. I have lyme, Babesia, and bartonella. You might want to look those coinfections...
