You probably need to see a Neurologist for your condition. It would be extremely rare to suffer these symptoms (which don't sound like cocaine withdrawal or effects) 3 years later.

Here, where I live, methadone is a LIQUID. I have heard of pills but never seen them. ONLY A METHADONE doc can prescribe it and you only get a ONE...
