PWB means not putting all of your weight on your foot. While I was weaning from my crutches I was allowed to put 25% of my weight on my foot the first 10 days and then increase it by 25% every 10...

I have had my ankle fused and i can tell you that honestly it takes a year to 18 months for a full recovery. It will continue to get better from now on, so enjoy the improvements as they come and...
