Anything below a function of 15% is classed as non functioning. The left kidney is bigger because it is doing the majority of the work. I had this scan in january...my left was bigger and functioning...

They can range in colour from cream to black, be smooth like a pebble or have sharp edges. They can be tiny or they can be big like golf balls.

Do let the person recover in their own time
Dont allow them to lift anything heavy
Do allow them to rest when needed
Diet...avoid salt, eat plenty of fruit n veg
Sex...when...

Im due to go in for surgery to have my right kidney removed and my consultant said that surgery makes the bowels sluggish and suggests i use a stool softener like...
