I was going to say it sounds like you maybe suffering from either Asthma or copd. Could be abit of both. Because you have had pneumonia every year again it can cause some damage...

It sounds like you have come off the meds to quickly (cold turkey) You need to slowly lower the dosage before you can come off them.

It sounds like she may have ADD (ADHD) attention defective disorder. I would take her to your Doctor and see what they think and go from there. Its better to start helping now before it gets worse.
