I think the Norco (percocet) is still your best bet. It has tylenol in it, and it is not an anti inflammatory. Anything with aspirin in it will increase chances of bleeding and worsen the anemia....

Are you seeing an ENT? The Prednisone would be better if it tapered off at the end. They package it in a 21 pill pack and you reduce the dose by one pill each day. You may need some testing...
