Re: For those who split doses, when do you take them?

Before I started to split my T4 dose I would get a bit too much energy in the am and then "shut down" in early pm as (obviously) the "spike" wore off. Splitting the dose kept my energy levels more...

I think 70% would be pretty good for many (I know I have my FT4 about there). There are people that need to have their freeTs very balanced (been there) but sometimes that's not the case (been there...

Re: For those who split doses, when do you take them?

When I took my levothyroxine and T3 twice a day I took about 2/3 of my dose early in the morning on an empty stomach and about 1/3 of my dose around 1 or 2 pm (a couple of hours after lunch). Now...

Re: ANTIBODY LEVELS: I would be grateful for advice

Your pituitary gland will pretty soon be informed of the increased thyroxine in your blood so your TSH may drop sooner than your actual thyroid levels raise (there's more T4 in your blood for a few...

I meant that some people know after 3-4 weeks if the dose adjustment has been sufficient = their symptoms are gone in that time if the dose is right (even with T4). Often it does take longer so I'd...
