Hang in there & keep trying. From what I was told, the standar dosage of Lyrica is 150 mg so seems like your initial dosing might've been a little low.
I take the 150 mg & see the same results...

I've been diagnosed with SFN in my feet. In addition to Lyrica & Cymbalta, I also use topical Capzasin. This helps tremendously!
As the article stated, it's difficult to remove from your hands...
