I was very confused with what I can and can't eat. Also the terrible nausea was very unexpected. Not trying to sound like a wuss but it was impossible to eat.

Ive started eating plain chicken and my stomach seems to take it nicely.
Also Ive start to drink Yakhurt once a day (I don't feel 'ready' to try dairy yet) and that might be helping too. Nausea is...
