i think you should see an ortho. you will need a prescription for the pt anyway. dont play around with the shoulder. only a dr can diagnose. good luck!

i did have my hardware removed. i was about a half hour and the pain was gone the next day. thats when all the pain stopped! have it done and tell me when. love debbie
