Although your TC and LDL are a bit high your HDL of 72 and your Trigs. at 63 give you a good ratio. Your ratio is basically a 3.2 which is quite good.

Annie..I take the Schiff brand as it doesn't need any fridge storage and it was one my Dr. recommended as it has the Acidophilus in it. It's in most stores as well and it isn't that expensive.
