I had particles there for 12 years (bppv).

1. The doctor cleared both ears the way he did the eply (it was different)then the way I had it done for 12 years.

2. He made me grab his forearm...

The epley is best for bppv, see your ENT have the epley done,these particles just don't clear up and go away.I see so many people in here talking about neck braces and this and that after the epley...

PERIPHERAL VESTIBULAR DISORDER/VERTIGO is what everybody in room has (just about) surgery is extreme,talk to your ENT good luck.

Maria if you Bppv (the vertigo we speak of) yes I am sure your doctor knows all about this,UCLA has the top doctors in this area , good luck........

Yes that dizzy stuff is scary,my daughter was takening a shower she said and got dizzy and amost most fell over,had to get out. I had a sinus virus that left me dizzy for 14 months till now.Its crazy...
