I agree with kackles, the healthier you are the better you will be to tackle the treatment if you ever need to go on...I took care of my self naturally for 3 years before going on treatment and it...

Just got back from the hospital and they took more blood...we also took a viral count. they will fax them to us and to the doctors as soon as the results come in...sometimes I hear from them the same...

Meech..When you think about it, the needle went in threw a cartilige (bone) area....It closes as soon as the needle comes out unless you have a slight leak...If it were me I would not put any extra...

also try eating about 8 times a day (a little at a time) instead of 3 meals...fruit is good...Also in the summer (Hot months) we need to keep our body cool inside...don't drink ice cold...

sorry to hear it's been rough....you must be on pegaferon...I am on interferone..and rebetol 800 mlgs daily...the shots are twice a week...my doctor felt I was better canditate for...
