HIV cannot be passed on outside the body because once the virus is exposed to air it becomes inactive straight away, so if their was any dried blood ( very unlikely ) it would not be infectious.

No one can guess your status from symptoms, only a test will do that. Ars very very rarely comes after 6 weeks but for your peace of mind take another test now and that will be very much conclusive.
