The above is a VERY good reply.
Often times an insurance company just wants to make sure you did not know. By telling them you had not seen a dr for 12 month prior, that should do the trick.

Did you say you were bipolar? If so, you should be able to get a high or higher risk life plan. It is the disablity plan that the carriers will frown on.
