I've been taking Norco 5mg for a couple of months. Every 4-6 hours, or 3x/day as directed. I dont always take the pain medicine 3x/day, but lately I have been because I've been in a lot of pain....

You have to do what you think is right for your body. If you don't think the PT is helping, then you have to do what you have to do. Maybe sometime in the future you might find a great PT.
