Re: What is risk of Cunnilingus??? (I am male)

Joggen, I am sorry you misunderstood what I wrote.

It was the poster who said he was worried. Something has made him worry, perhaps something she said, or did, or does, makes him worry. There...

Re: What is risk of Cunnilingus??? (I am male)

Water...

Re: Juice at dinner

I would suggest starting your day off with that juice, though! Juice is a good way to break a fast. I believe fruit should be eaten alone and that way in can better cleanse your digestive system,...

Re: Restrictive diets actually not so healthy?

This is what the break of SAD feels like on day 8: dry mucous building up, constant flaky earwax, lethargy, headaches and occasional heat flushes in my head. I have never felt so good to feel so bad!

Re: sensitive to food choices, help with healthy ideas?

Perhaps try to vary your protein sources. Try different beans in each of your meals, or peas and legumes which are even easier to prepare.

Re: are water pills bad for you

Drink lots of water to lose weight, like 2 liters a day. This to me makes sense because:

Drinking 2 ltrs of water a day keeps all your body functions working at a more optimal level. If you...

Re: where can i find flaxseed in the grocery.

Freezing food may slow oxidation, but it doesn't revert it. The pre-ground seed is oxidized before it hits the supermarket shelf. Pre-ground seed may be sold, and it may be a convenience for you,...

I am just so moved, so overwhelmed by your story. I would like to share with you my thoughts.

I believe that in these experiences, you just don't handle those people.

The last thing you want...

Re: brown mucus discharge??

Could it be that it is simply the older (earlier) composition of your endometrium? I have found that spotting at the end of my cycle is always a bit brown.
