Thanks guys for the responses. DHEA I have discovered helps alone without other drugs, but the DHEA hangover can leave you going into Adrenal Crisis. Multivitamin's cover a wide area of Vitamin...

look at the one that was posted by me. it has some good info. if you take Adreno booster you will become dependant on it and that stuff isn't cheap or that effective.

I have found several things that are over the counter that help with Addisons. Ginseng tops this list for energy reasons. Multivitamins....don't know how or what is in it that helps but it does a...

What are these doctors thinking with the methy...and prednisone. They suck. My opinon and kills your kidneys. Cortisone and Fluidrocortisone(similar to florinef) is the only thing that helped me any....

In other words if you want, so little is known about the disease. You can collect disabled Social Security.

Forget short term leave from work. In 38 states that is ground for complete disability.

[I] too would get a second opinion. One of the main symptoms of Addisons is dark skin particularly around the elbows and cheeks. A second opinion would be a good idea.

I have Addisons and I get my blood tested frequently. It always comes back as normal even though I experiance symptoms every day. I was a registered nurse fresh out of college when I got diagnosed....
