Re: What to buy for dad's birthday on Tuesday?

Totally agree with above. Son organised special time for my husband to see his 13 month granddaughter who he adored. Disaster. Only thing that interested my husband was lunch!

Re: PD meds or something else?

No help to offer other than I think that it is a good thing that your husband is seeing a specialist as my husband went through a fairly rigorous test with a specialist before being diagnosed and...

Re: Knee replacement with epidural or spinal what was it like?

Don't worry about asking questions but I do feel that I have been very fortunate with the TKR and apparently very unusual not to have pain. I had the usual 4 hourly panadol only as a precaution. I...

Re: Mom in memory care... did I do the right thing?

When mum moved into a dementia unit I was asked not to visit for at least a week. That was hard but it did allow mum to settle and it allowed me to accept what I knew was her reality - but didn't...

Re: please help, scared!

It depends on the biopsy result. I had a high grade 'in situ' ie it hadn't spread. Could have had it taken out with them digging around to make sure that they had it all followed by 6 weeks...
