So there are several vestibular exercises I was prescribed back in August. For the most part, they have lost their efficiency.
Some are for gaze stabilization, and others are for proprioception and...

Yeah I've read that with VRT is that it can get worse, at first, too like Fantine said. I want to add that, just because it has for others doesn't mean it will for YOU. So, I would definitely not...
