Don't worry about the sedation, the laxative and pootin' all day is the hard part. The sedative is very relaxing, you will try to stay awake but won't be able to. when you wake up you feel like it...

Newhere, are you watching what you eat? Try taking a digestive enzyme to help your food digst better. You might also try eating smaller meals more frequently instead of eating big or heavy meals.

If you try it I would stop taking the prevacid, like I told someone else, I went cold turkey and ate conservately when I started taking magnesium. I take 250mg.

I took Nexium for over 2 years. They work fine at first then you'll start chasing them with zantac and pepcid. My advice would be not to mess with them try to find a homeopathic remedy for your gerd
