try an antibiotic like Zyrtec. Also saline sprays or rinses can help keep your sinuses clear. And if it clogs at night, try a Breathe Right nasal strip while you sleep. Works great.

There is a rather cheap prescription super version of zyrtec called xyzal. You might ask about that. I switch back and forth between zyrtec and it as allergies get worse.
