Use a suppository! They work wonders. I have the exact same problem going on and I have not found a cure yet. My doc just tells me to take Miralax which I hate. Not enough of it and it does not work....

I would go to the new Ped but what you really need is to see a specialist. Peds only know so much. Get a good recommendation from your Ped on a specialist. An Endocrinologist and an Immunologist.
