Read up on inflammatory breast cancer. Many doctors haven't learned to recognize it and it is aggressive and fast moving. If the symptoms fit press for a referral to someone who is an expert.

I suggest you have a Celac Disease blood test. Don't gives up gluten until after you've had the test or it will register a false negative if you really do have it. You have all the symptoms.
