could be your Doc left some Viscoat behind the IOL. Some Docs do this. It does break down but takes a while. Ask you Doc about it.

regarding the comment on the use of Kenalog.
Kenalog is a whitish paste like liquid used among other things for Vitreous surgery...to stain the remaining vitreous so the surgeon can see it and...

Some cat doctors actually cut a hole in the posterior caps. bag as a hedge against future 2nd cataract,PCO. I might ask my Doc about it. I would like to wait on my cat sx but the slight yellowing...

Misano, My floaters probably were caused by some unusual eye strain and myopia. 20/300 both.
I did a stupid experiment years ago and wore reduced RX glasses to try to force my eyes to get better.It...

I dont know much about ERM...Why do they need to remove it??? Is it because it lays on the retina and has to be removed to Laser a macula hole??

TUB that IOL is fairly popular it is called the ZCB00 asherical 1 piece. I am considering that lense and the Tecnis 3 piece. The other one I considered is the Alcon SN60WF but that has a yellow...

vitcat did you have the vitrectomy because you had floaters or did you have a tear first??
The vitreous has to be removed to do any retina work. Did you get floaters after cataract
surgery??...

I am early 50s and other EKG I had in past were fine. Last one would have been 5 years ago. BTW to that poster who had IOL surgery....Did your eye doc require an EKG???

BTW I have no angina, can walk miles,.BP is normal.I did start to do push ups and curls and was weak for the first few...

I was referred to a cardio because my EKG showed some T wave abnormal, minimum stuff. I am in good health but...
