Actually I went to my doc and he saw fluid behind my eardrum, he said most likely a post-cold type issue.

Advised me to take Zyrtec and an anti-inflammatory which has cleared it up.

Colonoscopy clean as a whistle, no polyps, no diverticulum, nothing. Blood test didn't show any gluten issues or metabolic deficiencies. Final dx is IBS.
