I opted for the laughing gas stuff because I didn't want to think about them cutting my mouth. My insurance didn't pay for that, it was like fourty bucks. But worth it.

Talk to your pod about it, if he doesn't want to send you for PT then find anohter doc....I'm telling you it is the only hope you have. Don't even consider surgery. 90% of the time it is worse.

I never had any improvement by resting my feet.
I wear Birkenstocks around the house all year long, I use socks in the winter time. Yeah I look like a dork but I get the support my feet need.

YOU have to get to a physical therapist that does treatment in feet. A doctor will have to send you. IF you go to a ortho or a pod they will want to do surgery........don't do it. It makes it worse!...
