Try Planned Parenthood. And brown blood is simply old blood that wasn't expelled in a previous period. So that's normal. Not having a period isn't normal.

You need to see a gynecologist. Going this long without a period is not normal. And skipping periods on the pill is not normal either.

The antihistamine is a pretty mild one. You might try a more universal one such as zyrtec/cetirizine. And talk with your pulmo about trying a different inhaler if that doesn't work.

Typically if you do a low to no fat diet for 2-3 weeks after and then slowly introduce fat back into your diet, you should be OK. And it matters not about good or bad fats as all the gb cared about...
