Yes, what you need is a Doppler echocardiogram. Basically a modified Ultrasound machine that is fairly accurate when a 'dye' is injected into the blood stream.

I would now lower the dose to 600mg once a day (2 x 300mg RYR) taken in the evening after a meal and have another fasting test after three months or so....
