One of my doctors told me the opposite... I was told to exercise my legs so they won't age so fast. I do know that you don't want to exercise too hard, or you will get weaker. Maybe if you balance...

Sometimes, I feel old too and I am 40 years old. I also go through the fatigue, and drinking a lot of Dr. Pepper helps me get through some days.

Meds might help some... I went through the same thing and I talked to several doctors about this, and one of them suggested that I also do some exercising so that the muscles won't deteriate quickly.

Thanks for the message and telling me about Zoloft. I have heard several things about it - some people like it and some people don't... I went through an anxiety disorder, and I took meds for it...

You can try walking books to help you out or something that deals with heels or feet. Another thing that you can use is a Wii. Doctors have told me to get a Wii to help me keep my legs exercised.

You can get a smaller pillow or order one of those pillows that are made to be put between the legs/knees. For me - I use part of my comforter bunched up and put it between my knees.

You may get all the answers when he is a year old or older. It is possible that he may have CP if he has the spasticity in his legs. You'll have to wait until later if he'll be able to walk or not....
