I already had four cortisone shots over a period of two years. I had surgery two years ago on both shoulders for inpingement and the left shoulder was great but the right has never fully came back...

Hello, after a recent MRI that showed two small tears in the rotator my orthopedic doc sent me to PT. He claimed that many times these types of small tears can be rehabbed and surgery can be avoided....
