Re: What to buy for dad's birthday on Tuesday?

Totally agree with above. Son organised special time for my husband to see his 13 month granddaughter who he adored. Disaster. Only thing that interested my husband was lunch!

Re: I'm beginning to hate myself at what I've become

Ruth I do believe that Parkinson's has it's own dementia. My mother had Altz, did not know me but was always gentle and concerned. My husband has Parkinson's and he is replicating my mother's...

Re: PD meds or something else?

No help to offer other than I think that it is a good thing that your husband is seeing a specialist as my husband went through a fairly rigorous test with a specialist before being diagnosed and...

Re: Knee replacement with epidural or spinal what was it like?

Don't worry about asking questions but I do feel that I have been very fortunate with the TKR and apparently very unusual not to have pain. I had the usual 4 hourly panadol only as a precaution. I...

Re: please help, scared!

It depends on the biopsy result. I had a high grade 'in situ' ie it hadn't spread. Could have had it taken out with them digging around to make sure that they had it all followed by 6 weeks...
