You should consider getting the blood tests for Celiac before you try going gluten free....

Actually, this information is not accurate. Shingles can travel to the eye and cause problems. Any shingles near the eyes must be watched very carefully.

FYI, medications can do often have gluten in them. Wheat is often used as a filler/binder. It depends on the manufacturer and the medication. And sometimes it's just the brand name that's gluten...
