they removed it because the FNA showed Hurthle cells, and they are suspicious, but when they sent it to pathology it was benign. There were no complications and recovery was good! Don't worry

I had quite a few, they actually called it a multi-nodule goiter. I had the left side of my thyroid removed and also my isthmus in 2005. I'm pretty sure I have nodules on the right side now, but...
