wonderful technique

this technique has been working for me... all day, most of my sh is done with a thumb tack, and well, i basically drank a sprite out of a plastic bottle, and insteas of using the thumb tack on myself.... i use it on the bottle...

another one my tdoc used to tell me is when I sh'd due to rage, to take a 2 lt. soda bottle and jsut shake it up utnil it was going to explode and then get in the shower and let it, and let all my anger explode with it, instead of taking it out on myself.

Wow thats a sweet idea. I haven't sh'd in quite a while but thats something to remember.

Ben,

I have a page posted here on the board of Alternative coping skills that my pdoc and I came up with, you might want to print it out just to have it on hand. Since you don't SH frequently the rubber band technique would probably work well on you. It's on the list.
