How long have these scars been there? and it depends how deep these cuts were? It will take time for them to heel. You did write down that they are "nasty" I am thinking that they must have been fairly deep than. They will take longer to go away, and might not ever full disappear . I still have cutting scars from 25 years ago. They are white now, right on the wirst . I know that this is not what you want to know. However, it is the truth. You could use cover up, make up to concel the scars. I am guessing it is because summer is coming up, and people will be wearing short sleeves, swim suits, shorts , and tank tops. However, with Self harmers, that is the problem, we all have to face.
