update
Hi all,
So i thought i would send out an update just to let yall know how everything is going... I went back to the pdoc 2 weeks ago, and she upped my zoloft, and put me on ambien, I am now sleeping, and feeling "level" I have not looked at my sh'ing utensils in a week. Thank you all for being so supportive you are all great people.

hypothyroid
cortizone deficient
