not feeling well tonight
 
I am down - not feeling good, depressed. Trying my best to practice what I preach, but it is soooo hard. :(

Well just remember that we are out here in the same boat right along with you. You are strong and you can handle this without a blade...remember that. Work on one of the worksheets that you like and try to just go to bed early. When the cutting pops in your mind, talk it down, and think of something else to think about to distract you..a silly movie, a good book you read, a great meal you had...

You can do it.....remember You are strong.

Way to go Girl! That is so great! i knew you could do it, you are a strong woman and you can beat this, it's hard, but you can do it.

*lol* And trust me I am definitley not an angel, I've screwed up so much in my life...well, I guess I just believe in learning from past mistakes.

i am so happy for you that you got through the night.
