Post Ambulatory monitors

Hi,
I would like to ask health experts..
for a home care monitoring device, which of the following parameters
are important for basic health monitoring:
-ECG
-Heart rate
-BP
-Pulse oximetry
-Pulse CO-oximeter
-Temperature
(u can add more if needed...)

If a device is to be designed..what important measurements are
enough for a doctor to diagnose remotely?????
