Hello, ihave had a promblem my whole life with performance anxiety. Hard for me to getan erection with new partner, one night stands, forget it, never happened never will. I recently went to the doctor and got a viagra prescription. I got a 100 mg pill. Was told to take half, so i did. nothing happened. Do you think i should try the whole 100 mg, or is it possible that v is not going to work.. I think i have a high tolerence for drugs so maybe the 100mg will be just fine. I am 30 y/o and have no promblem getting an erection when i am by myself.

My husband also takes viagra and the first couple of times he used it, it did nothing. He talked to his doctor and the doctor explain to him that you must take it on an empty stomach or a light meal waiting several hours. After that advice, it worked perfect. Hope this helps.

I have also had a failure with Viagra the first two times. First try it alone, so that you do not get performance anxiety.
If that works try it with a partner. Just remember that Viagra will not give you an erection if you are very anxious about it or if there is no stimulation that turns you on ( either visually, mentally or direct physical stimulation to the penis).

Hey Steven, have you had a testosterone check before you started taking viagra? Sounds so me like you might have low testosterone. You should also get a blood test for prolactin and TSH (thyroid), just to rule out any organic problems that will get worse with time.
