Here in Belgium there is a black market in dancings for Viagra (and off course illicit drugs). A 100mg Viagra-tablet straight from an origenal package, with hologram and all costs about 25 Euro in stead of the normal 10 Euro a piece. Many folks are apparently to embarrased to get a doctors-prescription.
The reason for this is that many youngsters, who are otherwise healthy and rather potent, is that people consume a lot of alcohol (and without a doubt a lot of illicit streetdrugs, often combined with plenty of alcohol), they are tired and nervous but they want to perform in case of a one-night-stand. Most drugs, alcohol and tabacco are not good for the erection capabilities, not in the least because they often dramatically raise blood-pressure.
Personally I have no experience using Viagra with legal or illegal drugs but the story above let's us believe that it tends to work, otherwise the demand would not be that high.
However I saw on either the Levitra-site (a more recent equivalent of Viagra that works according to the same mechanism) or either the Viagra-site itself that they advise NOT to drink. What's more, they advise to take the product on either an empty stomach or after a light snack because fatty meals impede with the absorption of sildinafil (=Viagra). If you really want to have a few glasses, you can ask your doctor wich dose ought to work best for you.
But in summary: one single glass of wine should not be a problem at all.
Have a nice sex-life :-)
