Uprima is another ED prescription med available in Europe but not approved by FDA yet. Works like Viagra, lasts about as long, but with fewer of the side effects. Also appears to have fewer bad interactions with other prescription drugs.
I read Supertroopers reply, and I would like to add some more.
There are few things you should know about uprima.
First is, unlike Viagra, which helps increase blood flow in penis, uprima affects directly to dophamine (chemical in your brain, which controls mood). Which means, uprima is more of sensation-related.
Second is, while uprima sounds good, it can also bring you some serious, serious side effects. Such effects are very low blood pressure, and faint, etc. Based on my internet research, there are some report of car accident because of the side effect. Also, one man reportidly fell from stairs, and hurt himself (once again, because of the side effect).
Make sure to talk to your doctor about the drug before taking it! As Supertrooper said, it is not approved by FDA yet, so there are not much of advices availiable. DO NOT buy the drugs from internet pharmacy and try it yourself at home!!! It can not be safe.
Good side of the drug is though, I think it is pretty good for sex drive and increasing sensation of orgasm. Dophamine is known to have relationship with libido. Uprima can be taken by women. And... about 2~3 times cheaper then Viagra. There's something called Apromorphine. It's a generica brand of Uprima. Generic brand means, a company makes copy of a popular drug, and sells on market with cheaper price. Of course, generic brand is the same drug as original.
I hope this helps. If you want to know more, just type Uprima or Apromorphine in web search engine.
