You can start loving your short penis. It is the only one you have and you need to make the most of it.
I have a short penis when flaccid, erect it is about 6 inches. Sometimes mine disappears almost completly and I have to pull on it to make it come out at all. When the time comes, it grows to be a decent size.
I don't care what other guys in the locker room think. I am not trying to impress them. They don't have anything that I don't have. They may hang longer but when they get erect, they look just like me. In fact, I may look better than them then. Only problem is that they never get to see it hard.
It has taken me years to get to the point that I could write the above statements. I always had great penis envy of those guys that were hung like a horse. I always wanted a penis and balls that hung low.
My loving wife has taught me that a small penis is good. She told me that she loves to play with it and just watch it grow. She said it gives her a felling of power to see how big she can make it. Of course, I love the attention that she gives my dick.
Take the dick you were given and make the most of it. A guy with a short penis who knows how to satisfy his partner will get a lot more action out of that little guy than a guy who just tries to impress the locker room guys with a big long dick.

I do not select friends because I have seen them naked and knot that they have a dick and balls that hangs to their knees. I have friends because we get along and like to do the same things.
Women want someone who will take care of them and treat them right. If you look at other postings on this board, lots of women do now enjoy an overly endowed man. They say it is uncomfortable to have a big dick inserted into them. I think they are telling the truth.
Sure I would like to stand a foot from the urinal and still have my member hang over it when I go to the bathroom, I would like not feel uncomfortable when in the gym shower because I don't have a lot to show. Not by my parents or sibilings but other family members such as uncles and grandfathers. I was made fun of because as a child I was very skinny and I would say I was dorky looking. They said in front of me I would never admit to anything,etc. In high school I was one of the main targets for all the bullies. I was never able to enjoy a day of school in peace. Those days are gone now. I have my college degree and a good job, but those memories can still be haunting. Because of me having a 2" flacid penis and only be 5" erect I have let that add to my low self-esteem. When growing up I just wanted to be friends with everyone and feel I belonged. I have always wanted to know if I was in the normal range on the size of my penis in the flacid and erect stage. It seems that where I have read about this subject and read guy's testimony of their size, it has seem to me that most of the guys have stated their penis is 6" or greater. I know 1" is not a lot, but when I think of mine being only 5" I will find myself thinking I am not in the normal range and definitely not in the normal range to have a 2" flacid one.

There is no such thing as a "normal penis". What is normal is individual to each person. For you, that is 2" when flacid, and 5" when erect. For others that might be 4" when flacid, and 5" when erect. Or 1" when flacid and 8" when erect.
I can't believe how many guys are hung up on the size of their penis. A penis is part of your body, it doesn't make up who you are as a person. It provides a path to excrete waste products from your body; and a path for planting the seed of life.
There is nothing you can do to change the size of your penis when flacid or erect, other than penile implants, and those are surgical procedures that can have major complications. Be happy with what you have. Learn how to use it, and be proud that you have one that works Who cares what the other guys have there?

Flaccid sizes vary widely, from nothing at all (really!) to around 4 inches or more. Flaccid size is also no indicator of erect length. Interesting how everyone is different. Your penis goes from 2.0" flaccid to 5.0" erect - a gain of 3.0 inches. My own penis goes from 2.9" flaccid to 4.5" erect - only gaining 1.6 inches. Would you consider a trade?
By shaking your penis, could you be getting the start of an erection? Just a wee bit more blood in the ol' boy can make a difference! I know this from trying to measure my own flaccid penis. Sometimes when I get the ruler out, the thing starts growing past the 3-inch mark with anticipation! I gotta sneak up on it, when there's no hint of arousal.
Come to think of it, I too have had to shake or pull on my penis to lengthen it somewhat before urinating. Sometimes it's just shorter.
And as for the visible mound in underpants, mine's not that impressive either. I look in the mirror, and that bulge isn't nearly as good as other men's. I think balls make the difference, and I've only got one. It's kind of small too. I occasionally feel for it with my bare fingers to comfort myself that it's still there.
I'm starting to come to terms with who I am, and to appreciate what I do have going for me. You're not so bad off either. As far as showers go, well, what would you think if you saw a man with just a mushroom head resting flat among his pubic hairs? Nothing. You know penises can be like that. I've heard that there is a surgery to increase the length of one's flaccid penis. There's a supporting tendon which can be cut to allow more of the penis to hang outside the body. It's risky though, because scar tissue can actually pull the penis upwards, leaving you worse off than when you started. In addition, while your erect penis remains the same size, that lost ligament leaves you more prone to accidental damage.
Shake if you have to, but try to appreciate your penis as it is.
Hey man, I know exactly what you're talking about here. My flaccid size isn't often 2 inches at all, usually less than that. I've done the tug on it thing to pee and hated locker rooms, urinals, PE and all that other stuff because I never felt like I "measured" up. Its taken me a long time to realize that no one else cares about my penis....or its size. It works and that's all that matters! I grow to about 5.5 inches when erect and that's fine for me and my wife. Sure, for years I envied those guys with larger penises but it was more about my own insecurity than anything else. I'm in the gym now several times a week, I undress, shower, walk around there proud and confident. I've seen penises that are larger, and smaller there and no one says a word about it. I hope that you can get to the point where you accept it for what it is, there isn't anything you can do about it. A penis does NOT make a man, its simply part of your body. And no matter what size it is it can bring you tons of pleasure if you allow it to. So, please don't worry about this anymore, it simply isn't worth it. Be proud of yourself, be confident and you'll begin to feel better about alot of things.

I really think this is a great thing to be able to communicate with other guys and get their opinions and advice. I want to thank all of you for you taking the time to reply to me. I so appreciate your encouragement. I think when I do shake my penis to get it to hang down longer it is not due to the start of an errection since it is very flacid at that length too. I just thought that maybe since it is still very flacid at the longer length that maybe something was wrong with me causing it to go back to the 2" mark.
I am going to take your words and try to get to the point of realizing that I am ok. I feel it will be a process to get to the finish line especially since I have worried about this all my line. My boyfriend's penis is literally the same way, 5" erect, but 2 inches or so while flacid. Just know that others out there are like that, and when you find the right woman, not only will she love you, but she'll love your penis too.
My boyfriend has this issue also. When not aroused, he used to hide his penis from me. It frequently shinks to barely anything ( maybe 1-2 inches)and has a look of being uncircumsized. To his credit, he jokes about his "turtle head" and tries to make light of it.I think he is getting over it lately, because he's stopped hiding or pulling on it as much. I couldn't really care a less what it looks like when not in use. I feel bad that he is self concious about it though. I try to compliment him as much as I can about his penis and it's size. Well i can sorda relate and i also had the same problem with my insecurity about showering with other guys and what not. I am about 4" to 4-1/2" and i am about only 1-1/2" -2" flacid. I have grown out of it cause there is nothing i can realy do. And i don't really feel judged about it anymore. Or that people are laughing at me. But i do look at the other guys and which i could be just where theya re in size. It's all that bothers me.
Moral of the story is, work through it, and just accept it. I think people and guys find that if you show that your prowd of what you have and strong, that it doesn't even matter. People like you and me who can actually talk about it and tell the truth is just as endowed as the nesxt/others. thats my view.
Most guys online say they are 6" over longer, and that's because the "average" is thought to be 6". The "average" according to recent surveys in Italy and at colleges in the US is around 5".
I suspect you don't know how big you look to others. In the locker room, you actually look like most of the other guys. I rarely see anyone at the gym who looks longer than me when soft, we all are about the same when soft, it seems. (Mine is about 2.5" soft and 5.0" hard, cut).
If you need reassurance, put your **** on a webcam and show it to hundreds and hundreds of other people--they will 99% of the time guess you to be about 1.5" longer than you are. That's because you're normal-sized, like most of us, but we are all brainwashed into being disatisfied with being normal-sized. When we see normal, we assume, since it looks so impressive, that the guy is "hung".
Another way to be reassured is to see pics of athletes naked... real people with real muscles. They look like us. When soft, the penis sort of "disappears" and when hard, it's a magnificent tool that delights and enchants the lucky woman who is going to feel it in her.
And, talk to guys with 3" or 4" penises, some with kids and very satisfying love lives. And enjoy being a normal, average guy!
