Equivalent dose: Viagra vs. Cialis - Sexual Dysfunction Treatment Message Board

Hello gents,

I've had success with 25mg of Viagra, but would like to enjoy the benifit of the extended window Cialis offers.

Can you tell me if splitting Cialis, then taking just a 10mg dose would equate to my 25mg of V? I'm assuming the full Cialis would be much stronger than 25mg of V.

Any other suggestions or observations about C vs. V would be appreciated.

It seems Cialis comes in 5, 10 & 20mg doses which equates to the 25, 50 100mg Viagra. Viagra seemed to work OK for me (unless taken with food!) but Cialis has done a much better jon in relation to quality! I cut the 20 mg in half to equate with the 50 Viagra I first used and no problems or side effects as of yet!

Thanks, Dave. Viagra is fairly easy to cut into quarters with a pill splitter ... but due to Cialis's irregular tear drop shape, I'm not sure how I'd cut it, other than in half (longways). What I've got are the 20mg samples, so I guess I'll just try halving them and see what 10mg does for me.

I was taking Viagra for two years then switched to Cialis a year ago. Cialis seems to be much more effective because of how long it lasts. I took Levitra for a while, but it only gave me head aches. Viagra seems to be more powerful, but the small window it offers is'nt very helpful in most situations. Hope this helps.

When you say "Viagra seems to be more powerful," do you mean the erection quality wasn't as good with Cialis? And can you tell me how much Cialis you would take compared to how much Viagra? And how long would the Cialis seem to work for you?
