| Re: penile implant
What were your considerations in having the maleable rod implant as opposed to a 2 or 3 piece AMS or Mentor. The rod is bendable, so you'll be able to bend it down so that it's not as noticeable, but it is a permanent erection, whereas the fluid-based ones give you a normal appearance. The technology is so much improved, I'm not sure that the rod is the best option.
Yes, you should be able to father children. If you still have your prostate, testicles, etc. and are producing semen, then you'll ejaculate just as though you had a normal erection.
No, the device will not come apart or go into your body. You'll have no problems like that.
As far as being obvious in the gym...since the rod is a permanent stiffness, it may be more noticeable, but again, it's bent down and under, as I understand it, when you don't want it sticking out in a position for intercourse.
Be sure and do some research online.. any search engine should come up with several options for you to find answers to your questions.
