Help needed

I am having erection problem. It is seriously affecting the relationship with my wife. I have tried Viagra for a few times and it does help me to get erected. But I still can't hold it for long (maybe 1 minute or so). I am using the 50mg. Is it advisable to go to 100mg immediately now or should I wait and see longer?

I have also tried the 10mg Levitra. It seems to help me better than the 50mg Viagra. Does it give hint about anything? Also, should I go to 20mg Levitra now or should I wait and see a little longer?

If neither Viagra or Levitra can help me, is my situation hopeless? What other possible medications or 'tools' can possibly help me?

I want to see a specialist in sexual dysfunction treatment. How can I look for them in my region? Are they called Internist?

I feel desperate now. Light at the end of the tunnel?

You would see a Urologist for ED. How old are you?

My husband took Viagra for 2 years at 50 mg. with great success. However, it suddenly stopped working. He tried 100 mg. but it didn't help. He also tried all the other ED drugs at various strengths. None worked. He's currently using Tri-mix injections. They only give him a partial erection. The only other solution after injections is an implant.

Re: Help needed

Find a Urologist thats installed several implants,as that person will be someone that has had a lot of training in ED

Its drugs first, injections 2nd ,then implant

If i had it to do over ,I would have pushed for the implant earlier

Once its in your done after recovery

Drugs and injections require Dr visits $$$$ and Drug store's$$$
That $$$ starts to add up after awhile

Thank you for your replies.

Piano0105, I am 45.

jman53, I have been thinking about the cost issue too. I found there are generic Viagra or Levitra sold on the net. They sell for a few dollars a piece which is much cheaper than the brand name ones. Is it a good idea to use these cheaper generic ones? Are they equally effective? I am also worried about undesirable long term effects.

of course not all of generic ED drugs are the same, as far as I know generic Viagra which is made by Aurochem or Cipla work quite good as well, only a small headache was observed
