Has anybody found any libido enhancers for women that work. There are so many with all different claims I don't know where to start. I am 46 years old. Please help!!!!

Terri1, like you've rightly said there are so many nowadays that one find it difficult to believe whether one really works or not, but i know some that works, meanwhile try to increase your intake of foods that are rich in Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 (they can be found in Royal gelly and Ginseng). then check with a Doctor to see whether there isn't any Organic interference. There are some Libido enhancer for women that actually work, but i would advice that you try these steps first then if they do not work you can go for Libido enhancer drugs:

First check with a Doctor to make sure that there is no any organic interference in your system, then reduce stressful situations as stress affect sexual performance.

second take foods that are rich in Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 (they can be found in Royal Gelly and Ginseng). Good luck.

You said that you know of some that work. Would you be willing to tell me what they are?

My wife, age 47, had a hysterectomy 5 yrs ago and they took her ovaries. It absolutely killed her sex drive. After years of different hormone pills and trial and error nothing worked. We finally were recommended testosterone injections by a new OB/GYN. This has been unbelievable! Made her really get her sex drive back in overdrive!! Check with your OB/GYN. Some will prescribe it, some will not. If your family has a history of breast cancer you will not want to do this. My wife takes 200mg of depotestosterone(sp??) every 4-6 weeks. We started out at every 3 weeks and it was too much...i.e. she wanted sex too much! We cut back to 100mg one time and it was not quite enough. I am sure each woman is different. We may try 150mg one time. Good luck!!!!
